Baptist Health Care Affiliates with Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute An affiliation between Baptist Health Care and the state’s leading cancer institute will enhance the delivery of services to oncology patients throughout Northwest Florida and South Alabama. The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute is designated as Comprehensive Cancer Center by the National Cancer Institute in recognition of its excellence in research and contributions to clinical trials, prevention and cancer control. Located in Tampa, Moffitt is a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network, a prestigious alliance of the country’s leading cancer centers, and is listed in the U.S. News & World Report as one of the top cancer hospitals in America.
